Mob Wars

Your mobs vs their mobs. Buy an army, set its formation, and break the enemy's beacon. You never fight; you outthink them.

Outthink them, don't outclick them

Mob Wars is a team strategy game where you command an army of mobs but never swing a sword yourself. Choose a horde: Overworld, Nether or Illager. Buy units with emeralds, then place them in formation on your grid. Every wave, both armies march down the lane and clash in the middle. The survivors push on to the enemy's watchtower, then their beacon. Break the beacon to win.

Between waves you spend emeralds on more units, quarries for income, tier research and upgrades, or summon a hero like the Warden or the Wither. Watch what the other side sent and counter it. Play 1v1 to 3v3 with friends, against bots, or start with the guided tutorial.

It is the competitive mode for players who lose at PvP: a match lasts about fifteen minutes, you never take damage, and the only thing that matters is what you sent and where you put it.

Three hordes, 33 units

Overworld, Nether and Illager, each with its own roster. Swarm units and Brute units, casters, fliers and ground troops.

๐Ÿ‘‘
Heroes

Summon the Warden, the Wither, or the Raid: a ravager with an evoker on its back.

โ–ฆ
Formation on a grid

Place every unit yourself on a 12ร—12 grid. The front row marches first, so where you stand a unit is half the game.

Counters

Blade, Bolt, Blast and Hex attacks against Swarm and Brute, splash damage, casters, and air against ground. Read the enemy's wave and answer it.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ
Any team size, with bots

1v1 to 3v3 and open lobbies. Fill the gaps with bots at Recruit, Veteran or Warlord, bring a party, or spectate.

Learn it in eight steps

A guided tutorial, then a post-match report that names your MVP unit. Cosmetics for your units, your beacon beam and your victory fireworks.

Fair fights

Same units for everyone

A supporter fights with the same units as anyone else: nothing you buy changes a unit's numbers. What you can spend on is how your army looks.

Where it stands

Playable, in testing

The game is built and has been playtested; the balance and the arena are still being tuned. It opens from the hub as a public alpha when it is ready. No date yet.
